Crystal Clear Warranty

We can offer you our very own Crystal Clear Warranty to give you peace of mind as you drive away in your new car. This warranty is worth the paper it's printed on, with jargon free terms and conditions approved by the Plain English Campaign, and cover levels to suit your individual needs that clearly inform you what is and what is not covered.

 

Importantly for you we oversee our warranties, this means if we feel a goodwill gesture is required we maintain the authority not an insurance company. Often the issue customers find is a trader has sold a vehicle knowing it has a problem and are relying on an insurance company to pay the repairs via warranty. Out vehicle preparation is market leading completing all required work before we sell a car.

 

Making A Claim

In the unfortunate event of your vehicle suffering a mechanical failure, your warranty is supported by an experienced UK based Claims Team to help you in your time of need, and provide a quick concise decision to resolve your problem as easily as possible.

 

You are always invited to telephone ourselves for any advice or warranty issue but alternatively - simply call our claims team on 01522 513833 during office hours providing your vehicle registration number; and they will advise you on what to do next. Where possible, please do not authorise any work to be done on your vehicle until you have spoken to our claims team or ourselves as this can invalidate any warranty.

 

Extended Warranties

We now offer extended warranties via Warranty Wise for customers that wish to take out an extended warranty, please contact us for more information.

 

Are diagnostic charges included in my claim?

Yes. Diagnostic charges are included in valid claims.

 

Can I take my car to any garage for diagnosis and repairs?

Yes you can! If you are unable to return your vehicle back to us for repairs, our warranty enables you to take your car to any VAT registered garage. It is in your best interest however to return your car to us where possible, as we can offer you the best labour rates and parts prices to resolve the repair within your warranty claim limits. We do not include any labour cost to warranty work therefore your cover goes further, this is our commitment to exemplary customer service.
